I will not use this pharmacy again and I live within a mile of this location. They really don't deserve the one star. I had to wait three days for my perscription to be filled. No one wants to go to the Doctor and then have a three day wait for the medicine and this isn't even the first time. When I pointed this out, I was told I could always change pharmacies. I have decided to exactly that and am taking their advice to heart and changing. There is absolutely no customer service and apparently the corporate office pays no attention to the CVS reviews.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy tech name Ola (or at least that's what she said her name was, she was very hesitant to give to to me so I wouldn't be surprised if it was fake). I went in to get a prescription for my cat. Right away she was very rude and hesitant to give it to me, she made me call my veterinarian to have them give her a call so that she could look up the prescription even thought I had a paper copy of it that I gave to her. Not sure why she was being so difficult about the entire situation, when I went to pick it up it was under my cats date of birth which i did not know the exact date because we had just rescued him. She rudely replied 'how do you not know his date of birth', but when she was putting in the prescription she asked for my information and my date of birth, how was I supposed to know she was going to put a random birth date for my cat. Very rude employee and she handled the entire situation horribly. Hopefully they get rid of her because this is not job for her.

??Terrible service, they have already sent me the prescription 3 times and they never have the medicine, today they order a medicine for my son, they do not have it, they told me to go to another pharmacy where they do have it, I went and they had not sent the order to They gave it to me, three kisses and they behaved super rude, yelling that they had already sent the prescription, very rude and inefficient. I do not recommend that you go to that pharmacy, save yourself a hard time, especially if you need an urgent medication ?? ?

When you rely on a medication that you need everyday and month after month they don't have it, nor do they care if you have it. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A MORE INCOMPETENT, RUDE, HATEFUL PHARMACY STAFF IN MY ENTIRE 50 YEARS ON THIS EARTH! More than once I have been given the wrong medication and have even been giving a prescription with someone else's name on it!

I know I've already posted once but I'm afraid nobody has seen it. This cvs has the kindest most willing to help front store team, pharmacy I'm not so sure but the front is definitely worth visiting, prices are high but go in and ask for keelee and she can show you some amazing deals with the cvs card!! Only $5 a month to get at least a dollar back with every purchase !!! Take my word it's worth it.

So many issues idk where to begin. First NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! E V E R!!!!!!! You will be on hold until you die!! Just drive there because I'm guessing the phones only call out!!! The staff other than Gabby(little Hispanic girl) are rude af. I was given misinformation about a Rx by the actual pharmacist (Festus), still haven't gotten THAT situation sorted out!! I use this pharmacy because it is what I must use through my insurance and also it is the closest to my home. I pay a monthly service fee to have my prescriptions delivered, and they even mess that up!! There are people who use this Pharmacy, who are unable to drive there, and speak to someone, they depend on the phone system to get their questions answered! I feel very sorry for those people because I know they can never get anyone on the telephone!! I actually need to speak to the pharmacy right now and I am on hold as I write this. I have a prescription that I need to have delivered, but for some crazy reason, the website says it has already been delivered, and I never even asked them to deliver it yet. The website said it was on hold, next thing I know it says it was delivered. Don't even know what is going on, but I never received any prescriptions! I I honestly don't know if this is the situation with every CVS or just my local store. But I am going to contact my insurance and see if I can change to a different company, I need someplace that is going to provide me with any kind of customer service!!!!

While waiting in line I noticed multiple angry customers being disrespectful to the workers, however my experience was great and fast. I showed my barcode to the cashier and she quickly handed me my medicines. Thank you for your hard work during this extremely hard times. Appreciate your work.

I'm so thankful I don't have to use CVS anymore (per my insurance company). I got verbally berated because I didn't have my ID ready when I was picking up my RX. I had gone to vote so I didn't put it back right where it belongs. I know that is my mistake. But he started raising his voice at me that I have to have it and that I can go to the back of the line and he started talking to the person behind me. I literally needed an extra 45 seconds, if that. I found it but I was so upset that I was spoken to in that way. That was the icing on the cake for me. There had been so many other awful experiences that I just dealt with but that is what sent me over the edge.

The lady at the counter said it would be 3.5 hr wait but when she saw it was only 6 pain pills and I was already in pain she filled it immediately. I really appreciate that!!!

10:22 am on hold for 26 min. 10:50 am on hold for 21 min. Called main store number twice; hung up on once put on hold for 12 min then N/A. Called Corporate (18007467287) on hold 22 min. Ultimately they said they would try to contact the 'lead person'.Incompetent and indifferent doesn't begin to describe...

I tried transferring a prescription here, and after being kept on hold for ten minutes the pharmacist told me they were too busy to be bothered with it.
