Durham School Services is an excellent organization with hard-working and honest bus drivers. They are always kind, helpful, and drive safely while caring about those they serve. The environment is pleasant, led by very helpful colleagues. However, communication skills are sometimes lacking and leadership training is needed. The drivers are dedicated to serving children and the community, often arriving on time and doing everything they can to help.
Bus 18!! I’ve called 6 times in a row to find out where my child’s bus is at. Each time I become First in line on hold, it hangs up. I just want to know where my kid is.. smh! Trash bus drivers

Horrible service, they never answer the phone and when they do they give you wrong info, telling you what you want to hear. They have not pick up my child or dropped my child off in 2 days. The bus number that they told us he was going to be riding has not dropped any kids off at his school. This is unacceptable.

horrible coming from a student i have called about bus route 34 multiple times do to it being over an hour ate and they never do anything to fix it I'm not gonna keep keep calling my family to do your job FIX IT
