Chris ordered the wrong size tire (x4) for my car. I advised him they were the wrong size. He said "no, no they will fit." I went up there and was told by someone else the correct tire was $400 more and they have to be ordered, because of course no one had them. They cross referenced the sticker on my door as to the proper size and blamed it on "computer error listing correct size as 17 not 18". Sounds to me that upselling via outright lies is more important than taking care of the customer. Now Discount Tire is getting my money. My advise is to avoid Firestone at all costs unless you don't care about being ripped off.

Took my truck in for a simple rotation. Had a appointment 8am. The manager told me: we can not honor appointments. It will take 6 hours to get to your vehicle maybe. 1 person was in the lobby. 3 cars were in the bay. Parking lot empty. BEWARE. DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Oh yeah the lady in front of me no appointment. We can get to it right now.

Went in to get a patch and they had me waiting for 35 mins for the guy to just tell me they cant fix it cause i used fix-a-flat and could not repair it!! DONT GO HERE!!!

Absolutely abhorrent service. Take advantage of women. Treat their clients with complete disregard. Told my wife it would take 3 hours then proceeded to take ALL DAY 10-4:30 is insane.
District manager needs to speak with the management team that works here and explain to them how unacceptable treating their customers this way is.

If someone has a kid. Can they not let there kid run around the lobby making noise? Employees here should say something. Sitting in a lobby waiting for a vehicle isn’t the place to sit and hear a kid run around the lobby.

Mason and the other gentleman were both attentive and knowledgeable. They are honest and hardworking. I had the best visit when my tires were put on and I drove all the way from alvarado and they have great customer service

No one has worked on my vehicles since I got them except for the Firestone in Crowley, TX. They feel like family. Know me and my vehicles when I walk in the door.

I really never coming back. They dont care about your time… wait 40 min to tell me they can’t fix the tire. Which ok if you cant fix it but let me wait for that!

I have stupidly come here for years since I bought a lifetime wheel alignment. Today I vow I will never return. They just can't complete their jobs. The waiting room was full of people waiting for hours. I always make an appointment, which is a total joke. My appt was at noon. I'm sitting here at 7 pm and they haven't started! I will never be back.

Very bad and disrespectful customer service. I was there to rotate my tires, they told me it takes 40 minutes but I was there for more than two hours!

Waist of time... just needed my tire patched and put back on my truck, was told they weren't busy and it should be ready in an hour... 2 hours later they hadn't even touched my truck!!
