I don't even bank with this company anymore, but I have to come here for work.
The normal everyday employees that I've interacted with are amazing! However, today I got to interact the the most rude, intolerable either branch manager or assistant because I have yet to ever see her before. I do not recommend you coming here as they only care about your money and how they can benefit from you. Take your money else where.

The staff is great. The assistant manager is probably my favorite person in that place. I love her to pieces.
But this bank has sticky fingers, and they will hold your check. I have to call at least three times a year and force them to release my funds. Their excuses always the same oh it looks like it’s a new check going in for the first time which is never true.
It’s not my fault you’re a shortfall this month and need to steal everybody’s money. You can’t have mine give it back.

Constantly taking money out of my account for zero reason they even took money and left me in the negative right now I'm negative $23 and I'm needing gas great job team at least use some lube next time you make enough money off of me alone to buy it

I have looked for banks for a while now since I moved from Oklahoma to Texas. I have not found a more helpful and friendlier bank than these people. They are very discreet about giving out your info as a matter of fact they will NOT I feel this is a safe place to bank or only mention great customer service.
