I understand u run out of flowers and colors but not most of the time it shouldn't happen. If it wasn’t for that they would get 5 ⭐️ stars!! But overall pleased !! Also, thanks for your kind service and going above and beyond what's expected as customer service. For that we give an extra star. Good customer service is hard to find today. I will consider using TCU Florist in the future!!!I was elated to find an online store with a virtual assistant on the night before Valentine's Day. I was even more happy when the next morning someone responded positively to my questions, offering same day deliveries for an extra $30 and having the plant I wanted in the colors my friend loves. They even sent me a picture to verify (see the first picture). So I called and ordered but was convinced to wait until the day after to save the extra $30. Well, I was very pleased with the service up to that point. The plant was delivered at a decent time and to my friend as promised the next day. A fairytale story, right?Well, until my friend called me upset that the plant was not exactly what she hoped for (see second picture). Well, she had already called TCU florist and expressed her concerns. She was given an apology and told that there would be a refund because of the difference. Two days after there was a release of the final amount charged to my account. All matters have been resolved to our satisfaction. I thank God that the precious moment was not in the purchase of the plant but in the love between my friend and I.I guess if there are any lessons to be taken from this, these would be:1. Don't wait until the last minute to order.2. If ordering something specific and special, don't order online or over the phone.3. If you do order over the phone or online: lower your"D???" Expectation!!”

“Tatisha saved the day! I had mistakenly believed I could DIY my own flowers for my wedding but quickly realized I was in over my head. My sweet fiancé (now husband!) rescued me by calling Tatisha for help. She came to my house, gathered up the flowers, greenery, and vases and created a gorgeous arrangement for the reception area, three centerpieces, and my bouquet. She delivered them to the venue the very next day and they were perfect! I’m so appreciative and I highly recommend you give her a call. She does beautiful work and is also a lovely person. ❤️? ??♀️”
