Dakota was absolutely amazing! I checked the reviews and I saw her name pop up and NOW I know why! She is absolutely a gem! So friendly and actually listens to what I asked for! Another plus-she knows how to cut thick difficult hair and was quick too! Highly recommend this place, especially Dakota!

Went in today to get my sisterās hair cut and washed. The hairdresser was super rude as soon as we cane in the door! I canāt remember her whole name but it started with an S. She didnāt say one word to her while she was cutting her hair. She had a resting B face the whole time. If you donāt like your job then maybe you should get a new one! Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

I've been going here for the last 2 years. Nothing other than great experiences. I don't trust anyone else other than Dakota to touch my hair. She is the best I have ever had.

Dakota does an amazing job! She is very professional and customer-oriented. She truly cares about making sure I am happy before I leave her chair each visit. I look forward to a cut every time I go see Dakota and am thankful I can trust her expertise. I can't speak highly enough of her! She's the kind of person any 5 star establish would be lucky to have. The staff is very kind and the equipment is clean. They always greet you with a smile and make sure you don't leave unless you're satisfied. Seriously they will hold you hostage, I've been here for 3 days, send help.

I love Great Clips but this one in particular in crowley, is the worst. Not only do they take forever to cut a simple man's hair but my husband had to tell the stylist how to cut his hair and walk her thru on how to do it. He had to tell her what gards to use and she had the nerve to say oh glad you said that. She is the proffessional, my husband is not even a barber. Worst place there.
