The staff is very kind and the equipment is clean. They always greet you with a smile and make sure you don't leave unless you're satisfied. Seriously they will hold you hostage, I've been here for 3 days, send help.

I love Great Clips but this one in particular in crowley, is the worst. Not only do they take forever to cut a simple man's hair but my husband had to tell the stylist how to cut his hair and walk her thru on how to do it. He had to tell her what gards to use and she had the nerve to say oh glad you said that. She is the proffessional, my husband is not even a barber. Worst place there.

I did the online check in on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't a bad wait time at all. Maybe 15 minutes. It helped they had multiple people working. Dakota did a great job. Was very quick and I was happy with how it turned out. I will definitely be back and asking for her.

If I could give negative stars I would. This Lil umploompa thought a strait wet haircut. Not drying the hail meet my girl walk out wet hair was a cut. Wanted 2x the cut her hair and no drying or blowdry out to see if the cut was a success or enought to make her happyEven after I told her I worked at t&g and Sheldon's weldonsThis place was he'll with the worst Satan's minions ever!!!!! I asked for short on the side and a bit longer on top expecting an entire haircut. The woman got the side reasonably enough, but didn't shorten or even out the top at all. She didn't even out the bangs in the front and I had to come home and fix it myself. Another customer walked in and she rushed me out the door and paid no attention to the hair on the top. Didn't ask if it was how I wanted it, asked "do you feel better." A weird way of avoiding the actual question she should have asked. 18 dollars is overpriced for a simple men's haircut. The least that could be done is pay extra attention to detail. Then they imply you should give a 5 dollar tip on top of the 18 after the poor service. I will not be returning here. Go somewhere else.

Despite the reviews I went on and tried this place out because I have work and short on time for my boys back to school hair cuts. They did ok but my teens have a certain unique hair style they are into these days & this place just wants to cut short boy cuts. Not everyone likes no hair so easy on the cutting next time. I was polite tho. But we will most definitely go to a place more experienced in style.
