“I’m telling you, this is THE best PF I’ve been too. I love how clean everything is, how respectful and courteous staff is, and how staff takes care of the guests here. My special remarks are to the night shift gentlemen, Gregory and the shorter man with beard. These two guys are exceptional at taking care of everyone at once. I’ve never had a complaint with these men. Very solid workers!!”

“Terrible opinions from the other reviewers. People complaining about the age of other gym-goers? Huh? If you're serious about working out, this is a good gym. Decent squat racks, good Precor weight machines, and some cool hack squat machines I've never seen before.”

I love the small gym aspect and 5am classes which allows me to stay consistent when workload and kid schedules doesn’t take over with a workout that is done before I know it. I have now lost 10 lbs & I look forward to continuing to see my overall progress.”
