Got a great deal on a 10x20 storage unit! Not as fancy as some other places but I like having access 24/7 to my stuff.

The CHEAPEST storage facility in the area, while still offering standard security measures (fully-fenced property, padlocked front access gate, floodlights). The non-standard security features include the regular/daily property checks performed by the owner or his associates; activity on the property is also closely monitored by the owner/workers of the factory next door (speaking from personal experience). The only complaint I have is the amount of moisture during the humid/wet times of the year (which, in Texas, isn't often)...some of my items began to mold/mildew. =(
