This company has a lot of on site guarantees. They don't live up 2 them. If they can go back 3 years and get money other tax preparers missed, y didn't i get any of my charity money back? It's been 3 years! Y ask about charitable monies at all! There's dumb reasons y I don't get my solar rebate, the interest i pay on my house apparently is a moot point. Even with the tax credit, I got not much credit 4 that! I'm glad i didn't pay them!

I saw that they do free second look reviews on their website and went to have mine checked. When I got there I was told they don’t do free reviews, just free filings but then told it was going to cost over $150 for mine. Just felt like I was getting excuses and he was doing everything he could to not have to help me.
