Won't work with you even if you're trying to get the payment then auction it off when you have the money on the way. I live on a budget and was just trying to save my stuff had to borrow money to save it and they tell you something different every time you talk to them they also refuse to let you talk to the owner as if it's against the law to talk to them, I have never had a company that I have tried to work with treat me this way because they at least will work with me in order to get said money but this company doesn't want to work with anyone. Then they sell my stuff even after they knew a payment was on the way. I don't recommend them to anyone. The previous owners at least were willing to work with people just so that they would get there money for the unit

Ever since they took over from the previous owners it's gone down hill. We closed our account in January, received confirmation from them and everything, but they still charged our credit card for February. When we contacted them about the charge on our closed account they demanded that we provide proof that they charged us, and once we provided that proof they never responded. We've tried emailing and calling dozens of times, only to be told that we need to prove that we were charged or that our complaint would be escalated by email. We reported to BBB and they responded saying they sent a refund (not true). We reported a dispute to our credit card company and our CC got a temporary credit, but this storage company contacted our credit card company and said we never closed our storage account and we're in fact late for our March rent so our credit card company reversed the credit. This whole situation is absolutely ridiculous. They're not local, based out of Florida, and obviously couldn't care less about doing the right thing and following through on a legitimate complaint. There is no reason we should have been charged after they closed our account, and after they mistakenly charged us they should have issued a refund immediately!! 2 months now, still nothing. No apology, no refund, not even a response that they're doing anything about it except them responding to BBB and our CC saying they're fine. Horrible customer service.

Worst management ever. Poor customer service. Poor maintenance of facilities. We had no access to our 2 storage units for almost a month!! Our bill has ALWAYS been paid on time and our access code would not work at the gate! I have legal documents and winter clothing I was trying to access and we were UNABLE get to them! We asked for a credit on our accounts due to the inconvenience and lack of access and we were cussed and laughed at by management!

Everyone is extremely nice and treat you like family. The temp controlled building is so huge you can get lost in it lol property and units are always very clean. I've never had issues with bugs or mice. I highly recommend this facility. They're good people.

Nice people who own this place. Clean and spotless. Price is ok.is in dire need of a real office with a modern bathroom, lol hell even a port-a-John would do.

I was very disappointed to not receive a refund for the remainder of the month when we moved out of our storage unit, since I was told over the phone by the owner that I should pay for the entire month since we were waiting for an official closing date on our new home and that we would be refunded for the remainder of the month after moving out. I think I’m most disappointed in knowing that the owners are Christians as are me and my husband. We were sure to pay on time every month for a little over a year. I expected the owner to be a man of his word as the Bible says “a righteous man keeps his word even when it hurts” and refund us for the days we did not use storage after moving out. We were never told that we would be paying for the entire month even if we were moving out on the 12th of the month. Knowing this would have allowed us to keep possession of the unit until the last day of the month since we were paying for the entire month. Other than how things ended, everything else in that year was fine.

I have thoroughly enjoyed being one of their customers. It was bitter sweet getting rid of my storage room because they were just like family to us. Even though we were complete strangers they treated us like family. Thanks.

I couldn't ask for a better storage unit! I'm a Disc Jockey for Kids and I most definitely need a lot of storage space and room for my equipment and gear! I have plenty of room to load and unload when planning for my upcoming events! I can easily switch vehicles from my personal car to my cargo van in no time--flat! The staff are really friendly and helpful and even waves at you--once you drive through the entrance way! So, that makes you feel very welcome and it feels like another family from a second home!

Nice, clean, new storage facility. I called in November to advise them of my scheduled move out date of 12/06. I called again upon clearing out of my unit on the 6th (no one was available in the office even though this was during the posted times of their holding office hours) to advise that I had cleared my unit. On 12/20, I received an auto notice of an upcoming draw on my credit card for January rent. I called the office immediately and they finally marked me cleared out of my unit. I received that confirmation email on 12/24. My biggest complaint is their policy of not prorating the final month's rent for unused days. I've never used a storage unit that did not prorate for the final month. I will not use I Need Space Storage again because of this.

The staff is super friendly, the facility is clean and well maintained. Its secure too. I moved here because my last storage unit had been broken into but no worries of that at this place.
