Jenni was beyond amazing and helpful. Best customer service ever, she had so many options from screen protectors to phone cases. I had an iPhone screen repaired and the price was reasonable and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The phone looks brand new. I highly recommend KB cellphone repair. I got my phone screen repaired, a new screen protector and a new phone case for an amazing deal with amazing customer service!

I went to this place on the 11th seeking help because I had shattered my phone from leaving it on the hood of my car. The woman working behind the counter was very nice and helped me with getting the screen and back glass fixed on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. She assured me that my device was safe in her care as she was very knowledgeable in her descriptions of phone repair. She gave me a great price on the repair and even gave me a discount on my phone case and screen protector purchase! The phone repair turned out to be amazing as it felt like having a brand new phone. I am very satisfied with the service provided here at this store.

I had a great experience here. The woman who fixed my phone was very kind and informative about what needed to be done. Also, the prices were affordable. She saved me from having to buy a whole new phone. If I ever need any more phone repairs, I'll be sure to come here again!
