This is my daughter’s first daycare and although we were both very nervous at first they have always been very communicative, supportive and loving. She will almost be 2yrs and she gets excited the second we pull in into the driveway now lol. Thank you guys for everything that you do ❤️

Filled out the contract information to request a tour. It took about two weeks to get a text response to schedule a tour. I texted back, no response! I get two separate emails, one from the director, with information and to schedule a tour. I replied back and never got a response. The same recruiter that texted me emailed me days later basically soliciting for enrollment. I replied again stating I have been trying to schedule a tour. She replied back asking which location so that she could foward my information. Still never got a call back or email for a tour. Finally I call the number that was left in the directors email. I called once with no answer. I called back a few minutes later and got the director and advised I had been trying to schedule a tour. She asked what age was my son and I told her. Immediately her tone became univiting saying oh there is a wait list for that class. I was taken back a bit by how quick her tone changed I really didnt know what to say but to repeat what she had said. She states yeah there is a wait list 3 up. It was like she didn't really want to discuss anything once I told her my childs age group. I asked what is the typical wait time, and she replied they have been full since August and she didn't see anyone leaving anytime soon. Rather than try to give me more information about the school to encourage me to be on the wait list she did the opposite! I felt like she basically was trying to turn me away and that worked! I will never enroll my child in this place and sounds like I dodged a bullet here! Customer service is everything from beginning to the end!

My son loves going here. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Clean, friendly and reasonable price for a daycare. If you ever have questions my kayla and Shelby are always there to answer.

I went there when I was little in Pre K and I was always bullied by kids on the bus as well as the bus driver not doing anything about it to the point where kids nearly choked my brother because of it. Again no one did anything about it. Now my niece is going there and says some of the kids are mean to her too. I really hope this issue gets fixed

Wish I could give zero stars. This place is awful it's so dirty. My sons feet would be filthy, he was constantly sick. We now go to xplor in crowley best decision. They have cameras, send you pictures and u get a daily report.Do not go to little tykes

Director is sketchy and dishonest. Extremely rude and on a power trip as well. So glad I found out who she was before I let my child go into that place.

Illegally refuses to give out their tax ID. Contacted center, corporate, and even the CEO. The CEO refuses to call me back and talk to me, so after 2 weeks of giving him a chance I'm going public.Don't go here, they have shady business practices.

I have brought all 3 of my kids here at one point in time. My sons ages between 8 years old, 4 years old and a newborn. So they are all listed in different sections/classes in this facility. My 2 oldest always came home with a smile. The teachers are extremely sweet and genuinely care for my kids well being. Ms. Maria has been our favorite so far! They keep you informed if anything occurs and provide nifty daily sheets on what your child does that day. And to boot, they are affordable! I highly recommend this location.

Little Tyke Crowley is by far one of the best daycares that my children have attended. Over the last 10 1/2 years I have had 43 foster children enrolled at the Crowley Little Tyke as well as my own son. The director and staff are always so loving to my children, they meet the kids where they are at developmentally and encourage them in everything they do. The director and staff are always available and so easy to talk too. Every one of my children that has attended and the ones that attend now, wake up asking to go to daycare. Thank you Little Tyke Crowley for being the way you are, it is such a blessing and relief to be able to leave my kids with people who truly love and care for my kids. Anyone that is looking for childcare, I highly recommend the Crowley Little Tyke Learning Center. There are not enough stars on this rate and review, you definitely deserve more that five stars.

3/29 RESPONSE TO OWNER:After reading your response I am completely THRILLED my daughter no longer attends this facility because it is blatantly clear Ms. Vanessa is in fact a liar. 1. My daughters teacher made me aware of when the fall happened and when she told Vanessa and it was in fact much longer than an hour before I picked her up, regardless I should of been called immediately, this is why we trust you with our children. 2. AGAIN my father was not even acknowledged when he went to pick my daughter up until he was LEAVING with my daughter. Even at the time the ONLY thing mentioned was about payment, which is not his responsibility & Vanessa handled it extremely rude & inappropriately. 3. A payment arrangement had been set up and approved long before Vanessa arrived at the day care, it wasn't that I insisted, it was that it was the arrangement. Why didn't I pay that couple times until the following Monday? Because NOBODY was at the desk or any where that I could find... & I 100% looked for Vanessa before even leaving. Vanessa harassed about payments knowing the arrangement before I would ever get to the center after being reminded MANY times of the arrangement & in fact acknowledging that she understood the set up. I have been in customer service for 11 years & I strongly encourage if you wish to keep the great relationships you take so much pride in since 1972, you pay closer attention to "Ms. Vanessa". After speaking with multiple parties, it's unfortunate that she is the common issue. I wish the employees at that center well in having to deal with how she speaks to them & everyone else. Thanks, AGAIN.I enrolled my daughter January of 2017. She attended with 0 problems up until about 2 months ago when they got a new director. It's very unfortunate that she no longer attends because the entire staff is AMAZING aside from "Mrs. Vanessa." Her attitude & the way she speaks to people being a large part of the problem. Several incidents led up to the dismissal of me & my daughter, all in which corporate decided that Vanessa didn't need to be reprimanded. In example her not taking a moment to call me when my daughter fell on her face, after her teacher informed her of the incident and Vanessa told her she would call. I instead walked in the daycare to pick her up & Vanessa says "Don't be alarmed when you see her face, she fell & I've been doing an orientation so I haven't been able to call you." I'm sorry, but you make the time to call a parent as a director if someones child was injured. Have I mentioned yet how my dad was not ID'ed when he went to pick my daughter up for me (she had NEVER see him before)? She had been told several times when she came on as a new director how my payments were made to the center & refused to take note of it. Instead I was harassed CONSTANTLY & that seemed to be ALL she was concerned about, money. While you might ask if it was just her & I that bumped heads, it is not the case. Many other parents are having issues with her & I wouldn't be surprised if staff members walk out after witnessing the way she speaks to them. This center would have 5 stars without hesitation if "Mrs. Vanessa" was not involved.
