“Very nice people and respectful . I had bolt stuck in my tire and is about to get flat. They fixed it immediately in 5 minutes. The other tire shop before to it is 2 hour wait time. They also did not charge any money as generally people charge 20-30$ for flat tires. Highly recommended place”

“Visited the McCart Fort Worth location around 3:45pm. I was in and out in about 25mins. Clay was extremely honest and helpful with educating and advising on my brake/rotor issue. Took about 20 minutes for my oil change.
I remained in my car the whole time.
I gave a coupon for them to use yet they offered me a better coupon. The guy also showed me the dipstick to insure that the oil is new and full.
I've never had that happen before and would always wonder if mechanics actual changed the oil like they are supposed to.
I'll be returning.”

“Came in for tire warranty as my driver side front had a gash from road debris. Warranty was honored and the tread use was pro-rated for the price of the worn tread.
Tire only had around 10k miles, warranty is good for 50k. I paid $56 to replace the damaged tire.”

“10/10 customer service. I smelled something burning when I got out of my truck at work this morning and again when I got home. I swung by Jiffy Lube and asked if they could take a look or see if they smell anything. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped me but he went above and beyond looking over every inch of my truck and looking under it plus some just to be safe at no charge. He was so thorough and genuine and I completely appreciated the peace of mind knowing there was nothing found.”

“I came in around 5:35 on a Friday evening….
Granted this location closes at 6. I needed inspection and an oil change. They said the system wouldn’t allow them to do anymore inspections past 5:30. So that was lame, they didn’t tell me in the phone they quit doing the inspections 30 mins before close.
Buuut sweethearts still took my car and did the fastest oil change I’ve ever had, in my 30 years. I was out of there in 7 mins TOPS lol little pricey though, it was $89 for my 2021 Camry. Overall 9/10 great shop!”
