“I had shopped around a few stores in hopes of getting a good sale price for my 10k gold bracelet. When I came across this store, Esther was able to offer me more than the other stores had quoted me. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back!”
“Great Pawn shop. Go all the time. Holly Luna is the best..... ask for her she is the go to person, especially with the firearms. Go check them out. Always good deals.”
“The best pawn shop in Dallas hands down, life happens and sometimes you need a quick loan for bills, this is the place to help out, always have good experiences at this location and the mockingbird and always friendly staff.”
“Chris was very knowledgeable and gracious! We were interested in a gun and he help us make a decision to make the best situation. He is the man to see whether you are selling a gun or buying a gun! Thank again, Brenda”
“Spoke to Eddie over the phone after calling around. He couldn’t give me a quote over the phone but he gave me what I needed to get me to come in. Went in and he had excellent customer service and I’ll only be going back to this location for now on. I love great customer service and good prices. I walked out with what I needed and valuable information. Go see Eddie!!”
“My favorite Cash America location! Crissy is so awesome! I love her direct personality. She is honest and upfront. Anthony the Manager is a great guy. The new girl, (I think her name is Devin, the blonde) seems very nice and personable. They have a lot of interesting items at this store. It’s worth checking out if you’re in the Burleson area!”
“Come out here and visit halston. He's an extremely good guy very friendly. Will take good care of you. And hes very reasonable priced.. Visit with him personally”
“I love this place. He sold a Buffalo briefcase, and wallet(both made by Coach)for my wife. We still use them. I try to stop in when passing through the area. Don’t be discouraged if the shop is not open. This place is a time machine stocked with great, great stuff. If you are in the area and He’s open, then pop-in.”
“I’ve done business here a few times and every experience has been great. The staff is always friendly, honest, and helpful. They give fair prices whether you’re buying or selling, and the whole process is quick and easy. Definitely my go-to pawn shop in Joshua!”
“Loved our experience!! Daniel and his staff were very welcoming. Other pawn shops are standoffish and rude. They met us where we were at, in regards to price, and got us a great deal. Will be coming back in the future 😊”
“I like this place. I’ve sold them a few tools and they offered me less than they were worth, but they gotta profit to stay in business. I’m good with it. I do think they are honest and the business seems to be run well.”
“I needed cash badly and Juan Montiel was very good at his job and he provided me with more than I had expected. Everyone in the shop was very nice and respectful. I would recommend this pawn shop over any other of you are in the Fort Worth area.Thank you Juan!”
“We appreciate Felicia and have followed her from store to store and will continue to follow her, we trust and will continue purchasing from her.. She is the best!”
“Great costumer service they will help with anything you need and give the best deals here for jewelry! Destiny was a great employee definitely coming back and telling family and friends about this pawn shop ! Thanks”
“Great store! I love Tom the Manager! He makes shopping there fun. Kerry always has a smile and works hard to get you the best deal. Joanna is great too. Daryl is very hard working too. They have awesome items for some great prices and they are always willing to make a deal.”

“Stopped in just to see what they had. Everyone was cheery and very attentive, without hovering. I use a rolling type walker to get around and a lot of places aren't exactly accommodating to my using it in their store. They had one in inventory, which I bought for a friend that needed one and the price was cheap. My friend was thrilled by it. Combined with a guitar and ultra nice gig bag, my total was $150. They'll get my business again!”
“Typically receive really good offers when bringing in stuff for sale at this store. The staff is very friendly, especially Christopher. I've been coming here for years and since Christopher has taken over as the store manager, the dynamic has changed drastically. My go-to pawn shop.”
“Lisa just help me right now and it was awesome customer service employees around her were so positive thank you for everything see you soon I have not been to this location in years because last time I came up in here it was awful now it is awesome”
“I love cash, America, fund. And it helped me through some good times i'm bad times they have the best of all choices compared to other pawn shops , the only thing that you need to incorporate is being able to pay for your layaways over the phone that will be much better or over the internet”
“I have been going to this pawn shop since they opened, I’ve personally never pawned anything there, I’ve only purchased A lot of things over the years from Jewelry, firearms, laptops, tools, game systems, games, TVs, Lawn equipment, even a safe. If something did not work properly, I’ve never had an issue with getting a refund Or a replacement if available. Everyone is always respectful And cordial that’s why I continue to do business there. Sally and Francisco are amazing as well as everyone else.”
