Your driver today 4/29/24 @ 5:18pm by the Crowley Walmart…. Should probably teach him not to tailgate cars he’s behind… younger Hispanic male… if I had the time I would have followed back to your store and asked what the hell his hurry was smh…. Hire better people

Today is the LAST DAY will be dealing with the unprofessional customer service from this location! I was delivered DIRTY and USED item and WRONG TV. Items were switched out with no problem but this location sends you what they want NOT want you ask for. I had a family emergency come up and asked to make payment 4 days later. You can hear someone behind Jessica coaching her on what to say. Flipping me to be the problem. NO I DO NOT WANT TO BE CALLED EVERYDAY ASKING WEEKS LATER ABOUT A DELIVERY AFTER YALL MESSED UP SEVERAL TIMES. I’m so happy my phone records all phone calls because I will be turning over to corporate and BBB. I ask to speak to store manager and was giving nasty feedback before going to get Manager as a manager this is unacceptable. DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION! Jessica, Justin and Account Manager is unprofessional. This location needs more training ASAP.

I was sleeping on the floor for only one night not 3 because they were able to fit me in when they had a cancellation. Thank heavens. Delivery was smooth and right on time.
