This Taco Bell, out of the 3 experiences I've had with it, is pretty poor.My first experience they were closed at 12am, even though their hours state 2am close, and I saw people in the kitchen messing around.Second experience was good, drive thru order taker made me laugh after I ordered a large amount of food at 1am and he said "dayum" as I drove to the window. We joked with him, it was a good time.Third time was enough for me not to try this location again. We ordered at 12:15-12:30am per usual, ordered the mixed berry slush thing, and he hands it to us all one color. We asked him to remake it to the mixed version and he took a little bit off the top, put a small amount of the other color in it, handed it back to me and said "thats all i can do. have a nice night." after shoving it at me basically. The point of the mixed drink is to have it blended throughout, not to have one flavor for a majority of it. He obviously couldn't care less about anything he did, the food was mediocre at best, barely warm, and my girlfriend and I joked about how he looked high.Pretty poor from this location. Will *NOT* be back.

Taco Bell has really lowered their standards when it comes to quality food. I will never eat at Taco Bell again. I would get a better quality food elsewhere.

Worst service I’ve encountered- both in the drive thru and using DoorDash. But mostly. DD. Pretty sure these employees are told to straight up ignore DD orders. Manager needs to get a grip or be fired and replaced. Worst TB, I have literally written the CEO and CFO of Taco Bell about this specific franchise, that is how bad they suck at customer service

very slow Taco Bell for any door dashers don’t accept orders here lol I’ve been here almost a hour the male workers are actually very rude as well lol the girls here were the only helpful ones

Past 5 times I've gone to this location they have screwed up my order. They are overly stingy with the cheese sauce, and I don't think they even have guacamole, as I have never gotten it from this location, despite it being in every order i have made. Additionally, they will routinely forget part of your order. Go to another taco bell for the love of God

Twice no napkins..food cold..hard nit fresh..not surprised thry handed ne food as soon as I drive to the window no cars in front.. chalup cold and hard...taco shell cracked into pieces

Taco shell was like 30 pieces. Burrito is triangular. Food tastes good, but whoever makes it is not good at all. Expecting diarrhea. Take pride in your work or find work you can take pride in.

Today was craving delicious Taco Bell fare. Haven’t visited them in years. Was amazed by the enthusiasm from the entire team. I was warmly greeted by Terri, who appears to be the lead. I overheard Terri collaborating with her fellow team members my food order. The food was deliciously Taco Bell style. All the team members were filled with positive energy and provided an over the top Taco Bell experience. This is the best by far, Taco Bell in the metroplex. Best wishes to this locations entire team for making me believe in Taco Bell again.

Employees represent your brand, your restaurant. When you have employees that care less about the customers that walk in the the door to PAY for a service, you are failing as a leader. If you are a leader reading this, please take action and train staff on basic customer service skills, have a little bit of shame, if your bad reviews do not tell you something, then I don't know what else to say. I'm not saying treat me like I'm greatness. Kindly take my order, and at the very minimum say "Thank you" because you have a job thanks to the people that come in and pay! very simple , right. What action will you take today?

My parents went to this location and were denied service. They were told to use the kiosk, which they have never used. There is a language barrier, or not very good with new technology. When at the service desk, the employee at eh sales counter was set in stone that they couldn’t help at the counter and the only way to get their order entered was for them to do it on their on kiosk. They left empty handed and with bad service because no one could help them take their order.

Subject: Disastrous Experience at Taco BellI regret to inform you of the utterly abysmal experience I had at your establishment recently. My visit to Taco Bell was plagued by atrocious customer service and glaring mismanagement that left me thoroughly dissatisfied.First and foremost, the customer service was shockingly poor. The staff members seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing even the most basic level of assistance. Their demeanor was dismissive, and it was evident that they had little regard for the patrons they were supposed to serve.Moreover, the management was utterly incompetent. There was a glaring lack of organization and efficiency, with no apparent effort to address the myriad issues plaguing the establishment. It was abundantly clear that there was a severe disconnect between the management and the needs of the customers.To add insult to injury, I was forced to wait an unacceptable amount of time for a few measly tacos. The wait time far exceeded what is reasonable for a fast-food establishment, and yet there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or any attempt to rectify the situation.As if that weren't enough, my order was incomplete, with items missing entirely. It was as though my request had been completely disregarded, and there was no effort made to correct the mistake or compensate for the oversight.In conclusion, my experience at Taco Bell was nothing short of a disaster. The combination of abysmal customer service, inept management, and disregard for the satisfaction of patrons has ensured that I will not be returning to your establishment anytime soon. It is my sincere hope that you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service at your establishment.
