Needed a trailer for a few hours to move my motorcycle. Found the local U Haul center and they made it easy to rent and return their equipment. If I need another truck or trailer I will be making the call to them. Excellent customer service.

The customer service was very poor. The lady working there was very nasty. She was snatching paperwork from us and slamming it down and rolling her eyes and just being very unkind. I will NEVER use this location again. Terrible service! And the truck we received was dirty and needed some work done on it. Some times when driving it would act like it didn’t want to drive.

I am unbelievably annoyed with this location. Our van was disgusting. It might have been eye worthy but the cup holders and dash were disgusting and sticky. It hadn't been wiped down in forever. ALSO annoyed with the lack of care when we were stranded for TWO hours on the side of the road because we were given a truck that had previous wiper issues and the wipers went out on us on a stormy and rainy day. Even more so when we arrived to drop off that pathetic truck. No remorse or sympathy. Never again will we rent from this location again.

Very poor service. Parking the truck was bad experience. Charge you extra and can't explain why.
