We are so grateful for DJ who helped us when we came to do our children’s passports. He was so patient and kind while one of our kids DID NOT want a photo taken. He was calm and had a few tricks up his sleeves that ended up getting us at least one passable photo.

So Crowley how in the heck you send my package all the way to Springtown, TX when it was already checked in there!! I LIVE IN CROWLEY SO WHY WOULD YOU PUT IT IN A PILE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Daryl may need training or just may not need to be on the frontline if he’s going to be combative and offer bare minimum effort. Instead of giving sassy remarks learn how to communicate talk to people. He may also want to refrain from telling colleagues that everyone needs to understand their roles and places and briefly sharing your thoughts on that while guests are present. Especially when he is not even being the best representation and clearly not understanding his role and place himself. No name tag shown on his slouchy shirt to refer to after asking his name. He says it is Corey after being asked, forgetting a guest just had recently told him goodbye by name. Do better at knowing your role and place, better yet, make the effort to be better Daryl Corey.

We just got a notice that USPS was unable to deliver a letter because a signature was required and we missed the delivery. We have been home all day and have cameras around our house. There was no attempt made to get our signature. They just threw the notice that we missed the delivery in the mailbox.

Someone here in this office is stealing mail and management won’t do anything about it saying his employee doesn’t mess up!!! Well now my W2 is missing explain that when it’s supposed to be here last Friday on the 17th according to there website!!! That person is tampering with mail which is a federal crime!!!! Calling corporate ASAP!!!

I WISH THE USPS WOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS THEY NEVER TRY TO DELIVER PACKAGES AND MAKE YOU WAIT AN XTRA DAY OR IN THIS CASE ITS SATURDAY AND I HAVE TO WAIT TILL MONDAY AND DRIVE UP AND GET MY PACKAGE. THANKS YOU USELESS LAZY GOVERNMENT WORKERS!!

If you go here, be prepared to deal with some miserable, unhappy, rude SBFs... They will get the job done, but you won't get any type of quality customer service. You will get an attitude though. Oh yes, you will get that SBF attitude!
