Use to be a good place to get meds but has gone downhill very bad, takes forever to get prescriptions filled and the drive through is a waste of time also when you call to check on prescription they either hang up on you or just simply very rude so seriously thinking about switching after using this place for long time, miss Mr Steve he was great.

This is a great pharmacy. They have my prescriptions ready and keep track of the refills. The pharmacist has also given me several shots and she's very gentle and explains things.On occasion they're understaffed, but that can happen anywhere. I',very been going here for 4 years, and they're great.

Apparently they don’t take Medicaid and for some reason didn’t tell me this whenever I dropped the prescriptions off with my baby’s Medicaid card, they told me two hours later whenever I went to pick it up!

I was here for a Western Union. Got stuck behind a little old lady that didn't know how to save pictures from her text messages or how to get them setup for printing. Instead of giving the little lady a brief explanation and saying let me help the other 6 ppl waiting. I stood there for 35 minutes. I understand everyone deserves good customer service but there is a time to ask for assistance or tell them to hold on and help the rest of the customers.

I will never use this pharmacy again. I had 2 people in front of me I patiently waited and when it was my turn at the counter a gentleman walked up behind me the cashier looked at him and asked what was the name and looked at me and told me she would be with me in a moment! How is it he walk up when it’s my turn to get serviced and he get serviced before me

Walgreens has terrible business processes. Texting and calling multiple times, asking me to text to confirm they should ask for a refill and telling me it’s ready, then I show up and they didn’t bother having everything ready despite their constant notifications to the contrary. Supposedly I’m enrolled in a program to streamline my medication refills but without fail I’m in multiple times to deal with their terrible system at least twice for every refill.

I have been using this pharmacy for a while now and there are so many awful things I could say… from the employees being so disrespectful, the long waits for the pharmacy, prescriptions never being ready on time…. Today I waited in line for over an hour after getting a call yesterday that my prescription was ready… to be told they had to remake it and I needed to get back in the back of the line. Called my doctor and switched pharmacies.

I'm not really sure if this place is just waiting to be sued for insurance fraud before they make changes in the pharmacy or what. I strongly believe in Diversity and Inclusion, until communicating becomes difficult. The short haired Asian pharmacist is the rudest employee in the department. She ducks her responsibility to speak to customers/ patients. Now there is an employee from Nigeria, from sound of his accent, that hung up on my wife because he could not communicate effectively.They say they fill a prescription, post it on the app as being ready, but they don't have it when you call to verify status. However, it counts against your refill count. This is not the first time that this has happened either.Like I stated above, I'm wondering if corporate is just waiting to be sued. Personally, if it was my company, the 2 star rating would be a clue to look into thematter.

Been getting my wife's inhalers for years and this Walgreens can't read a script for inhalers. They will only fill 1 inhaler at a time. EVERY OTHER PHARMACY CAN READ AND DO 2 INHALERS AS A 30 DAY SUPPLY!
