Nice Dollar General! We stayed at Crystal Beach for a week and found after a couple trips to the Big Store that if you want fresh vegetables or meat, go there, but if you need anything else, go here! Much cheaper prices and a great selection of most items you might need. We even bought a kite here for the beach. Good selection of hats/shirts, as well.

This is a good and bad review. I must say for a dollar store it was very neat and organized and I was surprised that I wasn't tripping over boxes in the aisles like most of the other ones so that was a very pleasant surprise. However, someone needs to teach their younger employees to have some manners especially towards elders or the general public for that matter. Had a young employee that wouldn't even acknowledge me as I stood and waited at a register with the light ON. Apparently that register was closed but they forgot to shut the light and instead of directing me back to another Lane she stood there and stared at me. When I finally got to be rung up, she did not even apologize or acknowledge me with a hello or how am I doing. These kids today have zero idea of what working with the public is like and how one kind word can fix an entire situation. I wasn't angry about standing at the other register, I was angry that when I got to her register that she stood there like a deer in the headlights and did not even say one damn word to me. Somebody, please, teach these damn kids today some manners.

Shelf's was not stocked couldn't find what I needed shelf's were empty and freezers I love shopping at these stores but not this one I won't be back I'll go to the family dollar then they have more I'm stock than this, and I'm sorry i didn't wear shoes for the policy but the woman didn't notice til I left and then asked me but I was leaving anyways because no stock so need to improve better service and stock not happy with store

You replaced locals for seriously rude people. You only have one nice employee, apparently the other one got upset she had to get a register. Hateful, mean, God forbid she is expecting to actually go to work.

Everyone thinking a bargain needs to look elsewhere. The prices was nothing short of scalping . Go ahead and take a hit by eating out. You gonna pay the price at least it is already cooked at a joint.

Not a fan of DG but this one is very close to the beach so you can quickly go for snack , drinks, water, ice and prices are very cheap in comparison to the trashy gas stations around. Would be perfect if the working time was extended during the summer.

Extremely cluttered, just as one would expect from dollar general. Hidden within the clutter is an array of items that can be had for quite cheap compared to other stores around. Big parking lot and nice employees too.
