Been waiting for a package to be returned and this postal service has yet to send it back. Incompetent workers

The mail lady didn't want to have my package delivered at my house because of my small dog was barking INSIDE my house.

Delivered a package to the wrong address that says "left with individual"
Obvious not the right one.
Going to speak with them soon.
