Horrible customer service, I had to callback twice, was put on hold both times as soon as I called without being asked what I was calling about, and waited on hold almost 10 min each time without anyone picking back up, before finally getting fed up and disconnecting the call. I still do not have my issue resolved.

They towed my girls car at like 6 pm an i had no way of getting in touch with the owners, I talked with the answering service for then an was informed that I couldn't get my car out until the next day at 8 am cause no one was available to release my car but they was still taking service calls, what a rip off, just so they could charge for the overnight storage.

these are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. We work for a finance company out of state and they made it so hard for us to redeem our vehicle. Its almost as if they were going to try and keep it to Title 42 it... just ugly ugly people...don't do business with them..
