Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Cuero is an older but affordable hotel that offers clean and comfortable rooms at a budget-friendly price. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who are always available and accommodating. The rooms are consistently clean, with fresh bedding and a quiet environment, making it a safe and relaxing place to stay. While the property could use some updates like new carpet, curtains, and sheets, the management maintains high standards of cleanliness and service. Free Wi-Fi and large TVs add to the comfort, although some rooms may have minor issues like broken hair dryers. Visitors enjoy the convenient location downtown, which is very walkable and close to shops, including the popular Green Cow Ice Cream shop and Taqueria Jalisco for delicious, affordable Mexican food. The hotel provides fresh coffee any time of day, and guests often mention the exceptional management, including assistance with unexpected needs like changing a tire. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price and is a preferred choice for those passing through Cuero, especially for events like Turkeyfest in October. The friendly staff and clean environment make it a dependable and pleasant place to stay.

The rooms are always fresh and clean with fluffy comfortable bedding. The particular one I used last had a broken hair dryer but was very spacious and comfortable with a large TV and free wifi (no troublesome password).
