Check my wife’s car with a clear oil leak. Diagnose the lead to the royal housing and tap my phone for free to get me to the dealership for repair. What a great group of people, and in and out in 20 minutes. 10/10 would recommend!

My time is worth the same as yours. I went for an inspection. I waited while for the guy they said would perform the inspection was up the street helping someone that dropped a load on the street. That was no big deal, I think that was great that we was helping the guy out, but when he got back, he began helping with an oil change to a truck that was not in the bay and not there at all when I started waiting. I could see the guy that greeted me reminding him that there was an inspection waiting. It seemed this guy was going to finish the oil change anyway. So, since I didn't need an oil change, why I am waiting for an oil change. I had my car running this whole time. I went to turn it off, then went back inside. But nope....I am done...I turned back around and got back in my car and left. I went to your competitor. I was greeted before I even closed my car door, he said give me 10 minutes...he was done in about 6 minutes. I was in and out in less time than I waited to get my inspection, but never did. So, with that I will not be back, nor will I be bringing my parents cars in for service. They are seniors and I am the one who takes both their cars in for service. So, we lost 3 cars for service with that carefree attitude. Again, I had NO problem with the wait, but when you went to service someone after me, that was the problem.

Nice people. Kind of naive when it comes to foreign cars. Unfortunately for them they are missing out on markets. I pay 29. In San Antonio for 5 minute change with 30 wt. they want double.
