“The people at this store are AMAZING, and Marco is absolutely at the top of that list. I have never dealt with a group of people who are so broadly competent, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and polite. They stand in STARK contrast to the complete disaster that is ATT Corporate! During the 2+ hours we were in the store today, Marco flawlessly handled up to four customers at a time unraveling problems (all caused by ATT Corporate) ranging from international calling issues; setting up new accounts; turning in old phones; and purchasing phones. Marco himself is amazing. He was unruffled, even when ATT customer service hung up on him. He sought out multiple paths to resolve our issue (caused by ATT Corporate) and pursued possible solution after solution until everything was resolved and my mom had her new phone and new account set up just like she needed. We came in the late afternoon and Marco was the only employee available for most of the time we were there. At the same time Marco was helping with us, he was also assisting up to four additional customers at a time -- without taking away any time from aiding us -- solving problems with absolute competence and infinite patience. I can highly recommend this tiny branch of ATT; if you have to deal with ATT, come here. These people will help you and make your day better.”
