I bought my car here and am very happy with my 2022 Malibu Lt. I took it to Ancira Chevrolet the same place I bought the car for my oil to be changed. They were very snooty at the customer service desk. Very rude. Now my check engine light is on cause they failed to tell me that they broke a hose going to the engine and try to cover it up with a sleeve that they glued to the broken part. They fixed it to wear you couldn't see what they did. I know for a fact that this happened here cause I just bought the car and had no problems until after the oil change that Ancira Chevrolet did on my car. They have been the only ones under my hood. I want my car fixed free of charge for the damages caused by y'all breaking a hose to the engine. Which now has 4 codes. I will be calling y'all tomorrow to get this squared away. I'm am highly upset that you would cover up a mistake instead of fixing what y'all broke on my car.

Becky in service department is very rude, doesn’t know anything about a vehicle and can’t remember anything you tell her. I wouldn’t take anything there for service. The sales department is a complete deterrent story. I could go on and on but I’m too upset to vent here. Do yourself a favor and stay with Victoria Dealerships.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the service department's exceptional support when I encountered an unexpected issue with my vehicle. I chose to make the 1 1/2 hour drive to their dealership (passing 5 Chevy dealerships) because their dedication to customer service made every mile worth it.

My service manager, Robert, is the bomb. He always takes GREAT care of me, and he did so as well with this visit, offering me a loaner car while my repair time was extended, and honoring his price estimate even after there was some sort of mistake with it. I think Robert and Partners, and will continue to use ya'll exclusively to take care of my Buick Envision.

Brandon was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to find the car I wanted and walked me through the entire buying process from beginning to end making sure I was happy along the way. Couldn't ask for a better salesman. Highly recommend Partner's and Brandon Dolan and I will be returning for future purchases.
