The staff at this branch are incredibly kind and courteous, they understand the meaning of customer service. I want to brag on bankers Taylor and Briana, they were so helpful and friendly. Taylor went the extra mile to send my husband a new debit card with the logo he wanted, as it did not print while we were at the bank. We have been members of quite a few credit unions, this one is a keeper. Members for life!

Update: I would like to thank TDECU for taking action and having a zero tolerance towards racism and terminating the unprofessional and racist employee.
