Keeps misplacing my mail into other mailboxes. Ship your stuff through UPS or FedEx instead.

The staff in the office of this post office is very rude. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but for someone who is trying to deal with the loss of a loved one you could be a little less hateful when answer their questions.

The customer service at this location is a joke. Don’t bother trying to solve problems because they will talk down to you and project THEIR mistakes onto you. Oh and you won’t get an apology for their mistakes either they will just give you some lousy excuse. Lazy rural carriers that would rather cram and damage your packages than get out and put them on your porch. If I had the option to ONLY use Fedex & UPS I definitely would!
