Some things can be repaired on site but not this time. The free cleaning is greatly appreciated. I am a James Avery fan and shall always be. Big trunk sale currently happening. Stop by.”

“I’m pleased that they’ve updated their return policy. It used to be “no returns or exchanges” but they’ve changed it. I don’t think it’s realistic for any retail chain to have a policy like that unless they’re going out of business or it’s a clearance item. I went in to exchange a sterling silver chain I’d bought that was too short for the look I was trying to achieve. It was 7 days after purchase (you have a 14 day deadline as stated on the back of the receipt), so they exchanged the item for the one I wanted with no problems. I was in and out within about 5 minutes. ????”
“Friendly service. They can wrap and/or box your purchase carefully if you ask them to. They have a great selection. I had half of a set, and I found the other half at Crossroads!I moved from the northeast where antiques are everywhere. It may seem like the prices at Crossroads are high, but for the most part, their prices are competitive in the area for carefully loved antiques. (To put it into perspective, Texas is the 28th state to enter into the Union.). There is a layaway option if you don’t have it all at once, and the owners are very patient and very sweet. Their dog is welcoming, too.Crossroads is easy to find and very organized. Even if you come to browse you will find interesting things. Enjoy the good memories!”
