The U-haul in Navasota misunderstood my drop-off location, placed in Houston. This man at this location helped us drop it off here closer to home. Very friendly and helpful.

I don't know if the man I met here was the owner, but I would assume so. Seemed honest, and helpful, but unbeknownst to me, he changed my online reservation and options I elected online and upcharged me. Obviously he has little to no integrity. Typical greed to do anything for a dollar. I will never go back here again and others should be aware!!!
