When you call no one answers the phone and you rarely get a response in a timely manner. The time on the door states we’ll be back at 3:00 pm doors are still locked at 3:10 and no one in sight.

The measurements are very misleading I selected a 10x25 storage but what they don't tell you is that 10' is the height and the width is more like 6' to 7'.
5/27/24 update. I measured the unit. The width for the unit I am in is 9'-4" and the length is 23'-6". That comes out to 25 square feet that I am not getting.

The price went up $12 on my storage unit after 4 months and I have a year contract. That’s unacceptable!!
