Absolutely amazing customer service. Came to get my propane tank filled and I was in and out in minutes. So much better than the incompetent u-haul place down the road.

Very disappointing inventory and arrangement of store. Had nothing I needed: Azomite for lawn, ZEP toilet cleaner, Benjamin Moore Aura paint. Have always loved the gift and kitchenware areas in other Ace Stores, but sadly that area in this store is a tiny, crowded, jumbled mess. And to top off my visit, the checkout staff was rude. Will drive elsewhere next time.

I went to Ace to go get some nuts for my bolts. As soon as I walked in associate James greeted me and asked if I needed help. He took me and help me find what I was looking for. Help me with picking out an Allan wrench set as well. 5 star customer service!

They cancelled my orders because they advertise 7.99 on the product but want to actually charge 16.99 in store. Products still advertised as 7.99 on site

Their prices are a little higher than big box stores BUT their service is outstanding! I have always found someone knowlegable and willing to assist me and answer questions. Plus, they have items that I can't find anywhere else locally.

The store itself is well stocked. However, some of the employees need an attitude adjustment. They have poor customer service skills and act poorly towards patrons. Owners are great people, but employees need to understand the customer deserves respect.
