I took my wife to get her individual lashes done this morning. The product and service was quality and the technician was very professional. However, what was not professional and good business practice were the hidden fees associated with the process!! The marketing add stated one price and the total balance after services was almost double that price!!! This organization clearly lacks transparency with customers in an attempt to gain clientele. In addition, they automatically applied an extremely generous gratuity for the technician to the final bill. I highly doubt that I will patron with this business again for these reasons!!!

Hi I'm be a customer the amazing lashes for years every were in USA but this place is a ridiculous price, you paid for the lashes membership plus you go there is a another $200 is ridiculous I love eyelashes but is no gold , the quality is ok , no for expensive 2 weeks no is ok I can have the best money but no abuses I don't know in another amazing lashes never happened , I'm never back just chance the company

My first visit, everyone there was sick! I asked for 6D, she put on 3D. She told me there was a complimentary touch up. They canceled my touch up. Then when I came for my touch up, they charged me $40 anyway! The second tech was also sick! Stay away! Both techs didn't wash their hands, they only used a hint of sanitizer

People so rude and did a mess in my left eye, plus I requested a sexy style and I got I don’t know but was not what I ask for… when I complain they told me to come back, they will fix it for me… and when I come back they told me… no! they won’t fix it… and the manager call me at 9:30 pm just to tell me she was not going to do a free eyelashes I will have to pay again for that!!! She was rude, and definitely she didn’t have idea how to treat a costumer… what happened was so unfair for me, I got something I didn’t ask for and in the top of everything they were rude and mistreated me. They want me to pay for remove my eyelashes and pay for a new set again. I believe this is so wrong I will never going back and if u are reading this just go to another place… I want to let the owner knows what was going on… but it is impossible because front desk, the managers and the lady who do the actual eye lashes won’t care about costumes…. I hope u will go to another please … horrible experience I will put - start no even one

I usually go to a private lash tech who usually does my lashes and since she was on maternity I had no choice but to find a place where I could get my lashes done. Number 1, I did not like how the lash lady didn’t ask me what lash thickness I wanted which she used the one I didn’t want. Two, when I got home I noticed that NOT ALL OF MY NATURAL LASHES HAD A LASH EXTENSION which I asked for mega volume and my lashes did not look voluminous. My private lash tech makes sure that every single eyelash is included. Three, my eyes began to burn bad which I never have any burning issues when I get my lashes done. Four, there were gaps in between my lashes which I asked for mega volume… meaning no gaps. The lady did not take her time at all because it only took 50 minutes and the website said it usually takes 90-120 minutes. My original lash tech charges half the price of what was spent on these lashes and they look way better. Either way, very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Absolutely love this salon! Don’t get discouraged by the 1 star reviews. I’ve been going here since January and love it. My lashes look great, I get tons of compliments on them. They last me about 3 weeks, and the staff is very good about explaining how to properly care for the lashes. They have products you can also ask about that help with preserving your lashes. I would think if you’re paying for this service you would ask all the questions possible to care for the lashes. Maybe that’s just me ??♀️. The girls up front are always courteous and professional. All of the techs have been great as well. I won’t go anywhere else and will always recommend them ?

I would highly recommend stopping and in and asking for Ty’Esha. She is very welcoming, her customer service skills are amazing, she takes her time she never disappoints!
