If it isn't broken don't fix it. I've been banking with them from the beginning and just when you get used to their online system they change it! Also recently (the past couple years) the ATMhas been changed out at the Barker Cypress/290 location. It's out of order more times than it works! Got to wait to make a deposit through the drive through.

Amegy's system is the worst back system I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've wasted a dozen hours dealing with them here. Stay away and go to a company that knows how to do something without wasting 2 hours of your time!

Once again for the 8th time Amegy has shown their true colors once it come to my color. I’m so embarrassed took 2 party check from insurance water damage job to this branch with my customer present with me. Normal protocol my customer come to my bank near their home and we both endorse the check. Just to deposit the check not cash. Why for the 8 time they would not deposit with my check with my ID and my customer ID. This is basically how I pay my workers business bills. I’m not trying to use race has a reason why. BUT Everytime in last 10 months I have talked to 7 branch managers about this issue. I guess this is Amegy policy question, deny or hold check for 21 days.This is for people of color checks until we get background check regardless of you been banking with them for 5 yrs or more.

I stopped in front of the bank so my kids could get into my Mother’s car and this Hispanic lady came outside running to let me know I couldn’t do this in front of “her” bank. Mind you it was like 7am we weren’t harming anyone. Not to mention I’m a customer here ?. How embarrassing.

The one on Barker Cypress and Highway 290 has to be one of the top five worst locations. Tellers in the drive-through always likes to argue and half the time they're incompetent. They lost a check from a deposit that I made and blames me when it was clearly there paper clipped to the deposit slip and it was there when I put it in the machine

We've been banking before they were called Amegy Bank. It was Klein Bank before becoming Amegy Bank. That's been over 20 yrs.

as of today im done with amegy bank second time i have been charge $35.00 to my account i think this is mess up and unfair

This location has to be one of the worst! Tellers are rude and argumentative. One lady who sits at the business lane is lazy and makes other people speak for her. The manager does nothing but likes to talk personal issues around customers then conducting business.
