I was at Ann Taylor Factory yesterday at around 7pm. I was trying to return a blouse not knowing that I have to do it at a original store, not outlet. Out of curiosity, I was just asking the Asian look lady what the difference is between Ann Taylor Factory and Ann Taylor regular store. She was answering me with an attitude, as if I was giving her a hard time of why she wouldn't accept my return. I was explaining to her I was not doing that. I was just trying to understand. she was absolutely rude and talk loud to my face and act like I was stupid. She couldn't speak good English herself and acted like a boss to me. After that I thanked her and she didn't even say you are welcome. I came to LOFT with the same situation and they treated so nice. I don't like this Ann Taylor and don't recommend anyone shopping here at all.

This place is wonderful. I’ve been in here a few times and I always get Rachel and Nancy to help me. They are both very kind and smiley ladies. Keep it up friends.

Ruthie and Nancy were so nice and helpful! I came into the store, just to see what they had, and ended up finding some really cute earrings and two tops! I love the clothes at this store - they are well made, fit my non-athletic body well, and the price is right! I will be back!

False advertising
They don’t honor the discounts/coupon you get on your emails even though they’re from the store.
