Starting off ACU never released the lien on a vehicle we had paid off many years ago. When it came time to sell the car we went to this branch to get the lien release which all went well until we reached the DMV waited 3 hours only to find out the vin they had entered on the release was incorrect! We rushed back to get an updated copy and again on the vehicle make there was an error. I don’t understand how the branch manager can get the make and vin of a vehicle they have all the information on incorrect!?!

Jonathan and Mayra are the best at their jobs. If you looking for a real customer service bank, this is it! They truly care and work extremely hard for their members. Give them a try, you will NOT go back to your old bank.
