Honestly, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in assisting at all. Really disappointed.

Brian E., the manager, was amazing! I’ve come in a couple times this month and he’s taken care of me each time. Superb attention to detail and customer service! This location is not the one nearest to me, but I will keep returning as long as Brian is running the show!

The best AT&T store I’ve ever been to- Bryan was so so helpful and went above and beyond in every way to help, even though I was probably asking the same question multiple times because I’m bad with technology. Thanks so much for caring and helping me out with my broken phone.

I decided to get a new phone since I liked the one my wife just got. However, I was very unimpressed with the service at a different location. I came to this store and it was like night and day the difference in service level. Brian waited on me and if I could give more stars I would. He was excellent. Not only did he help with getting my new phone, he explained how I had a discount because I had an aarp membership. They never even looked at my plan at the other store. They never even asked if we have some of the ways mentioned to me to get a discount on my bill with my wife. I was able to get a better plan for the same price. I further had a way to lower my bill from what I was paying just by changing one thing in my payment plan. I would never go to the other store after the experience I had here. Well done!!!
