Great customer service Raoul and Kat were outstanding in servicing me and meeting my needs. Didn’t pressure me at all but took the time to spell out what I was getting, the cost and the discounts. I left feeling I got a good deal and will have good follow up service if and when needed. Congratulations 👏🏾👏🏾

I’ve been an ATT customer over 30 years. I’ve never been treated like I didn’t matter until now. Pedro needs to find a job he enjoys. He was rude and his mind was elsewhere.

I went here to do a simple transaction to return a phone and I was informed that I can’t return it because the manager isn’t here at the moment and the employee didn’t have the managers logins. I was really frustrated by this as it took a lot to get in the car with a toddler to come here only to be denied to do a return.

I went in today and my phone was stuck in SOS. They said I had to wait for my husband to authorize it and he was out of town for a week so I could not call out or messaging. They would not help me clear up my problem. until my husband was back in town.

I went to the AT&T store Saturday and the fellow that helped me. He was terrific. Gave me a great deal. Look to see if I was entitled any other discounts. I have nothing but good to say about my experience at this AT&T store. I actually started out going to the AT&T store on 290 and 34th St. the guy was so so disinterested in helping us. I said to my wife, let’s just go to the one out in Cypress. What a great choice that was if you’re gonna go to one make sure you get a good feeling as soon as you walk through the door The one in Cypress you’re gonna get that feeling

I visited the store because I was having issues with my phone after new updates were installed. Samuel was very knowledgeable and quickly helped get the phone back to where I needed it to be. Very great service. I will be back to get a new phone when I decide to get one. Thank you Samuel.

I went in for a trade in and I was 100% blown away by the customer service of Sam and Sammy. The store didn’t have the color that I preferred and Sammy drove to a nearby location to get it. They were friendly, attentive and made sure I got the best deal for what I was looking for. Sometimes it is difficult to get great service in store so I highly recommend this location!!

Do not go here if you’re expecting them to give good customer service. I went to the store today just wanted to have internet fiber installed and possibly an upgrade on my services but after a couple questions about my billing. The person was helping me acted like he didn’t want to go any further with any other questions that I might have. Felt like being pushed out the store while the store was EMPTY and 4 other store employees sat in front of the store doing nothing so I left…. I have never giving any reviews on this platform but this one is a must and will be filing complaints to corporate. Also heard I’ve heard stories from families and friends, did not believe them until now. Disappointed

Hi AT&T on my recent visit, I encountered an employee who displayed extremely unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. The individual in question is a bald white man (possibly wearing a toupee), with a half sleeve tattoo and a big Ultra apple watch(clearly are too small for his wrist). Unfortunately, I did not catch his name because I was rushed out of the store before I had a chance to ask.
This is the second time I’ve experienced this at this location. The employee appeared disinterested and dismissive when speaking to me and other Black and Asian customers. However, I witnessed a noticeably different, much more welcoming attitude toward white customers entering the store. I came in seeking assistance with my phone service and left without receiving the help I needed—again. This pattern of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on AT&T’s commitment to equitable service.

We came to this store to replace a cell phone. Store was practically empty. The young lads helping is was incredible however the rest of the employees were extremely rude by talking load and didn’t even let us listen to the young lady.
