I went to this location to activate a new phone and exchange a phone case that was bought online. Sarina helped me with the activation. She was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. She did refer me to the corporate store nearby for the exchange of the phone case since it was bought online. Long story short…the customer service at the corporate store was absolutely terrible. I returned to this location and Golden helped me with the exchange. It took for him to make a call, but Golden was very patient and provided great customer service.

Golden made calls to try to resolve and issue another employee made. They gave him a hard time as well so we still need to resolve the issue but he did give me steps on what to do in the meantime. I appreciate the extra mile he went to try to get me a resolution.
He is the reason for the 5 stars if not it would have been lower.

Mrs. Vargas was very professional and showed a lot of patience. Spent over six hours on the phone with customer support previously myself. Was honestly dreading going into the store but best decision I made. She was able to identify the problem that they had never seen before and got my on my way. Big thanks!

I had an amazing experience at AT&T! My boyfriend and I were in the market for new phones, and the staff Kevin and Bryan were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. They went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deals and even managed to lower our down payment, which was a huge relief. The service was fast, friendly, and professional. We’re really happy with our new phones and the overall experience. Highly recommend AT&T for anyone looking for great customer service and amazing deals!

I went in to upgrade my phone. The gentlemen who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. He tried to upsell me on a few things, which I declined. One month later I looked at my bill and it was 40$ more than previous months. The additional chargers were a result of the representative adding both items I had declined. Specially the next up plan and he updated my hotspot usage (which I told him I don’t even use). Highly disappointed and feel that this should not be allowed.

The staff was nice and helpful but I didn't appreciate them signing me up for the $17/mnth insurance charge automatically without discussing it with me first. Required me calling into ATT to cancel and waste 30 min of my time.

Definitely recommend this location the manager Brian is really honest and knowledgeable.
