Huge shoutout to Autozone here in Fairfield! Took my 5 year old car in with original battery needing a new one after having to jump my car twice today. The battery was SO corroded that it was no easy task. At one point there were 4 guys around the hood of my car trying to break through the corrosion. It was so hot outside yet they remained positive and determined and they were not going to give up. They were also very sweet offering me a chair to sit on and a cool place inside to wait (I’m 6 months pregnant) but I like to watch these kinds of things to learn and I also felt bad for them sweating buckets and working so hard so I stuck with them. About an hour later they found success and off I drove with a new battery!! ?? I’m so thankful for Rolando, Trent, Cal, and Will. Top notch customer service with hearts that truly cared for this stranger. They earned a customer for life!

This is a great review for Ronaldo who helped me tremendously with a new battery. Auto zone price was extremely higher than Walmart and under the authorization of his manager price matched and took his time installing the battery in the heat!Pheobe a manager not only told me that the battery was a good battery which was incorrect she also argued with him and another manager about price matching. Insisting that they would get in trouble and that she was not doing it though I had a picture of the battery cheaper at another company. 'I called auto zone on skinner rd. AND was told that if I came there they would price match the battery for me since wlamart was cheaper and had a longer wait time to install. So I decided to come in my neighborhood instead. Pheobe is more concerned with price matching than customer service. I also think it's unprofessional to argue with staff in front of a customer. As a manager myself I'm taught and trusted that I would make the best decision for the customers and the company and it starts with great customer service! Do better Phoebe. No company will fire her for price matching to keep the customer. As for Ronaldo GREAT JOB! Going above to make sure the customer was happy.

I just left the store to buy a headlight and have it replace. The manager said I have to open the hood. They are not allowed to open your hood so I return the lightbulb. I’ve been coming to the store for years always have had good service but the manager today just was unbelievable I went to the next AutoZone store on Skinner Road and Spring Cypress Road brought the bulb. They open my hood and replace the lightbulb and I was satisfied. The manager at the Cypresswood store was not very nice.

Phoebe was an amazing help, after my car broke down and I pushed it to the nearby HEB I then walked to this autozone. After helping me get 2 new batteries for my car so I could try and make it home, she offered to give me a ride back to my car and helped me install the new battery along with giving me tips on how to fix the issue that caused my battery to die.She went above and beyond her responsibilities as an autozone employee.

Cal was an amazing help. He answered all of my questions and offered a few suggestions as well. He was very polite. I would definitely recommend speaking with him if you ever need help with check engine lights. Very knowledgeable.

Today I visited my local Autozone (#6099) to grab an item I saw a few weeks ago that was on clearance. I grabbed the item I visited the store for and an additional item and went to the counter. Checking me out just so happened to be the store manager, the clearance item did not ring-up as marked ($17.99 vs $7.00). I told the manager the item was marked for clearance and I could show him the tag, he argued this item is NOT on sale, frustrated I began to walk away and leave but the principal of the situation got the best of me so I walked to the item, removed the clearance tag front the shelf and walked it up to the register to show the manager. He looked at it and with eagerness, he hurried to the aisle with the item in a bid to prove me wrong. However, once he realized the item WAS in fact on clearance he agreed to sell it to me for what was advertised on the shelf. Walking back to the register is when I realized his name tag said store manager on it, so I asked "You're the store manager?" he said yes and I replied with "Not good" he didn't like that so he whined about my attitude and instructed his "Parts Manager" to check me out. I frequent Autozone for car detailing products, atv parts, car/truck parts & accessories, etc, but will not be going back and will drive the extra 10 minutes to O'Reilly Auto Parts from now on.

Jeorge was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met I’ve never gotten customer service like jeorge offered, he made sure I knew what I was doing and that I did what I had to do to make it home safe. People like that are special ❤️

Alma at autozone was an AMAZING HELP. I needed a battery and she installed it for me out in the cold and rain without hesitation. She said I can stay inside while she finished so that I didn't get cold.
