I recently stopped by AutoZone for a battery issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful—but I want to give a special shoutout to Cameron, the technician who went above and beyond during my visit. Cameron took the time to explain the test results clearly, confirmed that my battery needed replacing, and handled the entire battery change quickly and professionally. Even in the summer heat, he stayed friendly and focused, making sure everything was secure and cleaned up before I left. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough—and thanks to him, I left confident and stress-free. If you ever need battery help, I highly recommend heading to AutoZone and asking for Cameron. He truly made a stressful situation easy.

Ran in to get a new battery for my truck and truck remotes. They were fast and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars, but when they told me they don't know how to open my truck remote to put batteries in it, and I was having a hard time with my arthritis... I was a little disappointed. They are supposed to know about automobile stuff, right?

Asked to have my alternator tested my vehicle was running this is how you test it was told to turn the vehicle off mmm it will not start again battery will be dead.... Please turn vehicle off I need to test the battery 1st wth is going to be dead if the alternator isn't doing its job omg these people shouldn't be working here

My son and I went to AutoZone to see if we could get suggestions on my sons AC. Darren greeted us right away and listened to the issue and told us what we might want to try. He was so helpful to us and explained to us what we needed to do. So grateful to Darren and AutoZone for the help. We are lucky to have AutoZone and they are lucky to have employees like Darren

Great experience! I was promptly greeted by Alexis L., who asked what I was shopping for. She found the wipers I was looking for along with fluid, carried to the checkout counter and then to my car. I've never had such great customer service experience while shopping at an auto parts store.

I have a 97 Chevy Silverado. The negative bolt corroded onto the battery’s ……. Idk (I’m a girl). Alexis L. GRACEFULLY helped myself and my grandparents connect a new battery. After about 45 mins of trying and then also needing the Managers help too? We got it all taken care of. Thank you so very much Alexis L.!!! We so whole heartedly appreciate your assistance. I can’t thank you enough.
