A disgrace to the car industry & community:
Backstory- I own a 2017 Ford Mustang, the tuner I decided to use was located out of state but they said that Mike & Axiom Dynometrics were an approved dealer/installer of their parts.
Experience 1 (just a dyno run, right?) - The first experience was just a tune, I had self installed a turbo kit and the out of state company was to tune it using Mike and the dyno at Axiom. Seems simple right? Not exactly, being my first install I admit there was definitely some sketchy stuff, but Mike said "I cannot put this on my dyno in this state I will fix it and charge you for it". Okay no worries I respect that, but then he turns around and charges me over $2000 to remount my oil pump, and adjust my exhaust. I pay it as there was nothing else I could do, upon a later inspection at my mechanic shop, the exhaust was still misplaced, and the oil pump that he remounted was leaking and damaging my turbo. Due to the damage from the oiling issue the turbo seized within 500 miles. Mike now began dissing and blaming the kit. He said he would design a better kit and install it on my car within 3 months.
Experience 2 ("I can do it better") - Me being none the wiser I believed Mike, because at the end of the day he was standing in front of me, not the parts company, and not the tuner. I agreed to his terms and the car was transported from my house back to his shop on 09/02/22 with an estimated completion of "before the end of the year". I was able to order all the parts he needed and get them to him within 6 weeks. In the beginning he made quick progress of removing the old kit (probably to scrap it for some money). But as we approached the end of the year the car was no where close to done. At this point I was understanding, I knew 3 months was a very optimistic approach even though Mike assured me it would be done. Well as time went on progress slowed down tremendously, other vehicles that I had referred to him all left with their issues being unresolved, or bandaged just to come back in 2 weeks. I was now beginning to worry but Mike continued to assure me it would be ready soon. On 05/20/2023 he told me "Kit is done!" (message screenshot attached). Turns out this was a lie. Car was not ready.
Experience 3 (Loosing patience) - Those type of messages continued until 06/17/2023 when he claimed to have Covid and handed over the contact for his fabricator who was basically doing my entire car. (message screenshot attached) This fabricator was named Mark Driver, I called Mark about 80 times over the course of about 3 months to no avail, no answer not even a text. On 08/16/23 me and my little brother lost all our patience. I messaged him that my tow truck would be coming to pick up the car and I would be taking it back. I also said I wanted the $5,000+ in parts I gave him for the car to be also given back to me. I also offered to make him whole ($1,000) for any work completed plus a driveshaft instal which he still had to do and he agreed to this. (message screenshot attached). Upon arrival, all the work for the turbo had disappeared and was no longer on the car, after a quick look around we realized about $2000 of the given parts were missing. The driveshaft wasn't in and we watched him try to mallet it in for almost 30 minutes wasting the time of everyone there. When the car arrived back at my warehouse, half the chasis bolts were loose and one was sitting in the cup holder, the hood pull had been broken, 32 screws and 17 clips were missing. Additionally two 02 sensors, a whole suspension brace, all my old parts and many new ones were also missing. He retuned maybe 30% of the parts and offered no compensation or assistance when requested. The workmanship on what was done was also poor. The welds on the charge piping looks like a first year welding student did them (image attached). They decided to tap my oil pan and that was also done poorly (image attached).

I want to give a shout out to my boy Mike! He did an amazing job on my 18 Mustang 5.0 manual. Not only was he able to tune it properly, safely, and quickly, he also was able to fix someone else’s tune (which we did not know anything about) and made it 10x better, and stayed past hours making sure it was right. I will always trust him with my car. Thank you Mike, big time.
