This bank is above and beyond the location on 1960/Jones. I stopped at that one last week (have not been in there in 2 years but I was close by) Always 1 teller and at least 7 people in line. They do not care about their customers making them wait that long. It is a heavily traveled bank.Some of the people were old.

At one point, I enjoyed going to this bank a very short time later I became very upset with the Service. They hired new help and it seemed to get worse and worse when I would go in to ask a question to Get assistance with my account or other the help became worse and worse, and I didn’t feel it was a Trusting bank, I would never go back. There are many other banks that are respectable towards their Customers, please don’t experience what I experienced at Bank of America off Grant and Louetta This is a honest review, and I hope you take it to heart. I would hate for you to go in and deal with the people that I have in the past, which was only a month ago…!!!

They charged 8 dollars to cash my check from Bank of America that was issued from Bank of America it’s outrageous!

A co-worker needed to cash their payroll check. The check was from Bank of America. They charged him $8.
Outrageous.
Never going to bank with these crooks.

DO NOT USE THESE ATMS @ Grant road!These machine will eat your money, and not post the deposited amount on your account. I put 4grand in ATM#ITXN245, the machine miscounted my funds by $100, and then when I opted to return my cash, IT GAVE ME BACK NOTHING and said "thank you for using Bank of America". The very next morning I saw them maintenancing that same ATM. Obviously something wrong.Now I'm being treated as a scammer and BofA is refusing to credit my account. It's been over a week and I've been unable to pay my bills. Bank of America has no problem STEALING money at ATMS and NOT returning the funds in a timely manner. I STILL HAVE NO WAY TO PAY MY BILLS AFTER AN ENTIRE WEEK! Absolutely BS. This bank HAS MY MONEY, and is giving me the runaround hoping that I'll stop calling. I highly recommend banking with literally anybody else other thank BofA. Just save yourself the stress and find anyone else to trust with your funds. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK OR THEIR ATMS!

Poor customer service, they do not care for their customers. They seem more concerned with getting off for the holiday than they do helping customers inside the bank.

The worst bank to get a hold of tried calling for weeks ... about refi my home or hone improvement loans....wellsfargo and chase answer their phones ...Horrible I wish I could give half a star when youvwalk in 1 teller is working I am over boa!!!

No desire to help their customer whatsoever. Made a mistake opening a deposit box here and cannot close it while living in another city. One day when I came to visit their branch was ‘closed’ (even though I made an appointment to retrieve my stuff and made it inside). Another time they were very busy (even though they assured me on the phone the day before that they’ll be able to help). Now, living 200 miles away there is only that often that I can get here. Glad I’ll have to cut on spending my time with ill parents today because a very busy ‘bankers’ (just idling in their cubes) can’t help me until 2 hours from now.

They have been extremely helpful in getting my documents notarized! The staff has always been very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. I'd say I will continue to bank here, but it was literally to notarize documents to sell my property so I can leave the country, so...peace!
