I recently visited this Bank of America branch, and the receptionist at the entrance was very polite， However, the service from a white male employee at the counter was extremely disappointing. He was rude and raised his voice while calling my name multiple times. When I simply asked him to wait a moment, he insisted that I leave the counter immediately because he needed to serve the next customer, even though the female receptionist at the adjacent counter had no one to serve. His attitude was so unprofessional that it felt like he was ready to punch me, and his body language clearly told me to get out. This experience left me with a negative impression of the bank, and I hope they improve their staff's customer service.

Sandy and Branden are fantastic their always making sure I get the customer service I need. I have both a business account and checking. I have had some issues with my checking nothing to do with the back, but they’re always happy and ready to help. I’m so glad they are the ones who are there to assist me. One of the representative is very helpful but the other person Alissa is so rude and I haven't completed my question and she said thank you and don't even look at customers concern..I have visited BOA Financial center at spring cypress, they are so friendly and welcoming.

Seriously how come every time I come here it’s a 20+ min wait to get help. HIRE more staff, it’s clear this branch could use it. Such a waste of time to come here.

Letty is the branch manager. Very rude and poor customer service. I asked for a transaction history and needed it signed dated and stamped with the Bank of America stamp. She refused. She said it could only be stamped. I said it was done before at this loss by a gentleman, for The Texas Department of Human Services. He was helping a customer. Letty felt it was important to stop the gentleman from helping a customer and check my story. Very poor customer service from a branch manager. Anyone can steal a stamp. The signature and date was proof that it was printed from the bank. Letty said it was legal reasons, but couldn't explain to me what the legal reason was. I have banked with this company for over 20 years. I have never had anyone refuse to verify a document that came from them. I will NEVER use this branch again. This may not be the bank for me. I need a customer friendly bank, that understands the need for authenticity, when purchasing a home.Letty needs to be retrained and give real reasons why something can't be done.

I went there for some minor business and was very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service there. Letty who was the manager there, was very helpful in taking me through the minor issue that I had run into and even walked with me to the ATM outside to ensure I got my stuff done. Thank you Letty.
