Best place ever!!!
Most of the stores are pretty picky about bags, for example, for every 50 candles they want to give 9 bags ~ you know.
This store is different in many ways! They are very friendly and Neshma was VERY helpful!

It was another very bad experience visiting this store with the store manager Annabelle last Sunday. This was my 2nd time I met this young lady randomly in this store for my online purchase return. I brought a Conlone to this store and showed her my order number in my cellphone. She pulled a calculator and showed me that she could only refund me for $22.00 as the original receipt stated $30.00. She could not tell me why she did not want to refund me in full pricing of this item. So, I was asking to talk to a store manager then she told me she is the store manager. I told her that I will call the company customer service. She said I can write my name to you for the customer service. OMG... Then I knew that she did that on purpose. I feel so sorry for her being unprofessional and negative on behalf of Bathandbody Words employee for treating me unfairly. She should not be in a management role at all in my opinion. At this point, I gave this young lady no star but two thumbs down 👎👎

It was great walking in and being greeted and helped. But my sweet daughter had picked up what she thought would be a "free" body care product. But, the coupon ended the day before, so she felt embarrassed and purchased it anyway. She wasn't offered any type of discount or anything and made to feel rushed and had to make a quick decision. This left her with little money for her weekly food allowance for college. I'm not positive we will be visiting the Outlet Bath & Body site again in the coming months but the other sites we visit have offered us free coupons upon entering the stores. We, well I am truly saddened by how they treated my daughter and I fear they have lost a possible life long family.

Sales went up quality isn't their anymore... especially in candles wax is now white... when I 1st started buying the wax color matched the name black cheery merlot use to be purple because it had oil in the wax not anymore
