Jan has been amazing with helping my Family find our perfect first home. We were all over the map trying to find our favorites and we looked at so many houses when we found ours. Jan answered all of our questions (and there were a lot!) and helped so much throughout the process. We could not recommend Jan enough for all she has done!

Guys it is true!!You can buy a home using your section 8 voucher. I recommend BETTER HALF REALTY GROUP to walk you through the process. By no means is the process easy but it is worth it.JAN is easy to work with and has her team prepared to solve any problems that may arise. JAN is very knowledgeable about the voucher program. JAN has great communication skills and understands your needs to give you the personal attention needed to complete the process in a timely manner. Jantavia was an answer to a prayer! After living in our little house for 40 years and after Harvey we decided we needed to find our dream home and not put money in to repairs on the old, old one. While having dinner out one evening we struck up a conversaion with another couple...Jantavia and her husband. And just like that we had our real estate agent! She was very helpful, thoughtful and always willing and ready to drive us around looking for THAT house. Everything you could want in a realtor! They did all the leg work while we relaxed. We honestly thought we wouldn’t find the right house for the right price. But we ended up in the perfect house for 150k below our budget!!! We couldn’t be happier!

To be honest I never meet Jantavia during our encounter due to living in different states, however, all of our interactions were via phone, email, and text messaging. She was always very professional and kept my daughter and myself informed on all the transactions, forms, and business that needed to be taken care of. She was referred to us by my niece, who only had good things to say about her. I thank her again for making our encounter pain free and successful.
