Do NOT give this place your business! I would give them Zero stars if I could. Management is absolutely horrible. I was there for 6 years, and they are extremely difficult to deal with. I moved out of my unit after they closed on Saturday at 2pm, so they charged me for Sunday and Monday, because the "system" does it automatically. I called them Monday morning to let them know I had moved out. They said there is nothing they can do, because the computer told them so. Management is condescending and more like robots than human beings. Good luck! They kept my deposit, and still owe me money. Of course, no late fees for them.....

They lost the package... It was notary work. I dropped before last shipment, infact around 2 that day. I called and they told me it was still in the office. smh...but they were friendly

The gate sticks on left side somtimes it doesnt open and the guys from the American detail will accost you over a dumpster near there shop

Very friendly and professional looking place… however, FedEx does not always pick up. This delayed my package and frustrated a few people depending on it. Then someone called to change the package, and the person who dropped it off was not informed, me. And now a package that should have at least been sent the previous day, was still not sent the next day. A next day package has now taken 3 days to get shipped. Me requesting to pick up the important package was denied with I’m too far away… Thanks guys. FedEx cutoff is 8pm, I could have saved that package a day…

Found Blackhorse Storage very close to my residence, and it has great service and security. The folks are very accommodating and friendly. Glad to be storing there.
