It was an unexpectedly interesting experience upon first walking in. I felt a little out of place and that all eyes were on me. But, and perhaps in reflection and response to the negative reviews about customer service, I actually went on to have a pleasant experience. I was there for hours (indecisive) and was offered help plenty of times.

Terrible customer service , I enter and they only green the white folks , they don't like hispanics and they don't even try to help you just ignore you. Was ready to buy but rather give business to one store who appreciate their customers.

I like this shop and the employees have always been really nice to me. Plenty of items in stock and a great variety of products. The jeans and tops here are super cute!

Do not waste your time going into this establishment. Nobody said hello to me when I walked in. They only said goodbye when I walked out. No one asked if I needed help. Someone came up to me and asked I could help them. The store is uninviting I would not go back again

Went here for work boots with my husband. Was surprised how little sizing and selection they had. like 3/4 of the store was western wear boots while everyone that was shopping was in the work boots. The layout makes it hard to find certain sizes, they have all the boots out of the box standing on shelves by shoe sizes for each style. He tried on pairs for an hour but they didn't have all the brands and styles that he had seen online. He almost settled for one pair that fits a bit too tight but we decided to go to a different store (C) and they ended up having a wayyyyyy larger selection. The 2nd store was also cheaper and easier to navigate than boot barn.

I don't know if the way they deliver the boots here is different from Mx; but they give you the same boots that they have as a sample. They are dirty, one boot feels clearly more worn than the other and in my case, I tried to exchange the pair for others and finally they were delivered even without the tag (the very kind guy offered to clean them). They are delivered without a box, dirty and in my case without labels. They have a lot of variety and good prices, but the way they deliver a NEW product, it feels more like buying it SECOND HAND. This happened to me in two branches.

First time coming to this boot barn, and was in the store for over 30 minutes and no one bother and checked on us to see if we are doing okay. Cashier seemed racist. Was really friendly to the white guy walking around but as soon as we checking out that smile fade away and started giving us an attitude. Even slam the bag and was in a rush to answer the text on her phone. Boot barn do better who you hire, poor customer service

Love their clothes and boot selection, but I asked someone for help, and he gave me a look like I was bothering him. And yes, I asked if he worked there before I asked my question. Sad they used to have great customer service. One bad apple.
