I wish i can do less than 1 star ⭐️ i brought my car because my brakes have been making noise since day 1 (different location purchase brakes and resurface rotors) i spoke to Jesse and talk about the noise he told me to make an appointment he will check what was going on,i was at his shop today. while a i was dropping my keys Keydan on a rude way he said wait until i check this customer ( he was before me) i left they call me with a bad news may be calipers are wrong or something got stock into the brakes and they have to resurface the rotors and put new brake i told him i have been having this issue from day 1 and he said he couldn’t do anything because it was 6 months out,i said i don’t want to talk to you anymore i will speak to jesse about it. i went to pick up my car. I go there to get my keys he refused to give to me until i he gets my signature he try to make me sign for something he did not explain and i said i’m not signing for that i asked again for his name he refused to give to me because i was not following his policies. i went to the working area to confirm his name with the other employees after i got his name he keep telling me get out my shop i got in his face i told him what you going to do about it of course his response was will call cops after that i turn around i left but he yelled again get out my shop and act like a grown adult 😵💫😵💫. My take in this is after you pick up your car on any brake check come back right away because they are not going to be responsible for their work. I left a bad review on the original shop. just follow up with you car and return right away to fix it.

Great experience! As a woman you never know what to expect going to a mechanic but I’ve been here 2 times now and both times I was not pressured or told I needed to purchase things for my truck that were not needed. Everything I needed was shown to me and explained. I will definitely be back for future services.

They offer great prices on the services they provide don’t let the other guys overcharge you for the same brake flush or the same alignment or the same oil change. I get the brakes done for all the Family cars here starting with my wife’s 2022 Volkswagen Atlas, which are notorious for having squealing squalling breaks. Hers was no different until we took it to Brake Check and they replaced the pads and resurfaced the rotors. The brakes are as good as new and now have a lifetime warranty with Brake Check.
I recently got an oil change and the brakes serviced on my 2023 Tahoe. One place quoted me double what they did for just a brake flush.
When it comes time to have the 2021 Toyota RAV4 service we will bring it here as well.

I actually enjoy coming to this particular Brake Check location. Jesse always has a few minutes to chat with me. Makes me feel right at home. He's a really good guy and as honest as the day is long. I don't know of any other brake companies that can match their price or their life time guarantees. If you want take your car to a place that goes above and beyond the call of duty, this is your store.
